Do you use multiple vendors? No problem. Our system is right if you operate your own kitchen or buy from a variety of restaurants. Hot Lunch Online will let you configure your prices at the school, grade, then meal level (+/- with portion prices).

Does your school have multiple campuses?  No problem.  You can set any number of locations on your school.  The production reports will break things out by location, so you know exactly how many meals to make at each.

We are compatible with multiple payment gateways.  If your school already has an Authorize.Net or PayPal account (or both!), we can hook right in.  We also let you give your parents a choice of which gateway they want to use at checkout time.  If you’d rather not deal with setting up a payment gateway or hook up a bank account, you can use Hot Lunch Online’s gateway.

We are fully compatible with the Federal Free and Reduced School Lunch Program.  Confidentiality is paramount with this program.  We allow you to only grant access to the Free and Reduced information to only authorized personnel.
